Job summary

studiolacidogna is seeking a Junior Associate to join our Advice practice in New York. You'll work in small teams on consulting engagements, helping clients by gathering data, testing hypotheses, and delivering actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• University degree with excellent academic record.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and local office language(s).
• Outstanding records of academic and managerial or professional achievement.
• Strong leadership experience in academic, professional, or extracurricular settings.
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• You’ll work in teams of 3–5 consultants, engaging in all client engagements: gathering data, formulating hypotheses, and developing recommendations.
• You’ll present results to client management and implement recommendations with client teams.
• Junior Associates receive exceptional training and frequent coaching from colleagues, with a Partner assigned to guide your career.
