Bradsby Group is seeking a Junior Automation / Robotics Engineer to join a growing robotics systems integrator in Inland Empire, CA. You will program, configure, and troubleshoot industrial robotic systems, develop cell layouts, and support field commissioning at customer sites.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in automation or related hands-on experience, familiarity with FANUC/Yaskawa/ABB/KUKA/Kawasaki robots, PLC programming exposure (Allen-Bradley preferred), SolidWorks, and a mechanical

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience or hands-on exposure to industrial automation, PLC programming, robotics programming, or systems integration.
• Familiarity with major robot platforms (FANUC, Yaskawa, ABB, KUKA, Kawasaki).
• Exposure to PLC programming; Allen-Bradley experience is preferred.
• SolidWorks and strong mechanical aptitude.

Aufgaben

• Program, configure, and troubleshoot industrial robotic systems for manufacturing applications.
• Develop robotic cell layouts, perform reach studies, and create simulations using robot OEM software.
• Collaborate with Controls, Mechanical, and Assembly teams throughout system development.
• Participate in installation, startup, testing, and commissioning at customer facilities.
• Support hands-on mechanical assembly, fabrication, and troubleshooting as needed.
• Provide technical support and service to customers in the field.
• Gain exposure to diverse automation projects across various industries.
