S R INTERNATIONAL INC is seeking a Jr. Right-of-Way Project Manager to support City of Phoenix CIP initiatives onsite. You will coordinate right-of-way and easement activities, collaborating with engineering, legal, and field teams to keep projects on schedule.

The role requires a civil engineering or urban planning background and 3–5+ years of related experience, with a preference for project coordination across multiple stakeholders. This onsite position offers growth within a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, urban planning or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience managing right-of-way, utility, pipeline, water, wastewater, transportation, or municipal infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing internal and external project teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all right-of-way and easement acquisition activities.
• Oversee contractor oversight, construction budgets, signing and traffic control.
• Serve as liaison between engineering teams, property owners, consultants, and municipal stakeholders.
• Deliver CIP projects from design through construction and closeout.

The Right-of-Way (ROW) Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all right of-way, easement acquisition, contractor oversight, and construction related activities associated with municipal pipeline, water, wastewater, and utility infrastructure projects. This position serves as the liaison between engineering teams, property owners, consultants, contractors, utility providers, and municipal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of capital improvement projects (CIP) from design through construction and project closeout.

The ROW Project Manager oversees utility corridor planning, land acquisition efforts, contractor performance, construction budgets, payment approvals, signage and traffic control implementation, permitting, and installation of new pipeline infrastructure within public and private rights-of-way.
