Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Financial Planning, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in retirement plans or related field.
• Strong interest in retirement plan consulting and fiduciary services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior advisors in servicing retirement plan clients.
• Participate in client review meetings and fiduciary committee meetings.
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and follow-up materials.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, TPAs, recordkeepers, and service providers.
• Support investment monitoring, fiduciary and retirement plan reporting.
• Help with plan design discussions and data gathering.
• Coordinate with TPAs and partners.
• Assist with employee education meetings and enrollment sessions.
• Support proposal preparation and business development activities.
