Job summary

LG&P Agency is seeking a Junior Retail Designer with an Industrial or Interior Design background based in Los Angeles. You will support the design team across all stages from concept to final presentation, updating 3D models, creating renderings, and building presentation decks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Architecture, or Interior Design.
• Portfolio demonstrating 3D skills and refined aesthetic.
• Willingness to travel for prototype reviews or site/store visits.

Responsibilities

• Update and refine 3D models based on feedback.
• Create photorealistic renderings to communicate design intent.
• Develop and format presentation decks and concept boards for client reviews.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for fixtures, displays, and retail environments.
• Support senior designers and creative directors in translating concepts into visuals.
• Assist with design documentation and production drawings as needed.
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Organize and maintain project files, assets, and design libraries.
