We are seeking a Junior Research Scientist to work on foundation models for financial data. Several models are already in production on bureau, transactional and graph data; you will extend that line to new data domains and downstream tasks — credit risk, acquisition, anti-fraud, LTV forecasting.

We use Python, PyTorch, MLFlow, AWS, Snowflake and modern AI tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex and Cursor.

Formación

• Strong foundation in ML/DL with hands-on PyTorch and LLM work.
• Experience with dataset design and data mixing for DL training.
• Ability to maximize compute utilization and run efficient experiments.
• Excellent communication and high autonomy.

Responsabilidades

• Train self-supervised models on discrete sequences for business-relevant tasks.
• Stay updated with SOTA research and apply NLP/DL techniques to fintech models.
• Work with large multimodal datasets (tabular, behavioral, transactional, time series, graphs).
• Optimize compute usage for training and inference.
• Own solutions end-to-end from data collection to evaluation.
• Conduct rigorous evaluations and document findings.
