Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Junior Renewable Energy Transactions Associate Attorney to join its Energy, Environmental, Mining, and Transportation Division in Wichita, KS. The role involves working with a team of attorneys on renewable energy projects, including development, financing, and commercial transactions.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of energy transactions experience, exposure to M&A, financing, real estate, or project development, and Kansas bar admission or eligibility.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of renewable energy transactions experience.
• Exposure to mergers & acquisitions, financing, real estate, and/or project development.
• Familiarity with tax credit matters, including ITCs or PTCs, is a plus.
• Licensed to practice in Kansas or eligible for admission without examination.
