Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Junior Renewable Energy Transactions Associate in Kansas City, MO. The role focuses on a sophisticated national practice handling project development, commercial, financing, and transactional work within renewable energy.

You will collaborate with the Renewable Energy group, contribute to project development and transactional matters, and draft and close commercial agreements. Missouri bar admission or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in renewable or conventional energy transactions, or related mergers and acquisitions, financing, real estate, and/or project development.
• Familiarity with tax credit matters (ITCs/PTCs) is a plus.
• Licensed to practice in Missouri or eligible for admission without examination.
