Job summary

Quad is hiring for Martinsburg, WV. If you are mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and able to lift up to 50 pounds, this role starts at $18.00–$21.00 per hour with potential overtime. Overtime is possible, but not guaranteed.

You will coordinate materials to be recycled, remove recyclables, operate the bailing and shredding system, and help with billing forms while maintaining safety and cleanliness in the plant.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow instructions and work independently.
• Must lift 10–15 pounds continuously and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Daytime hours, 40 hours per week; overtime may be available.
• Able to climb ladders above 12 feet with or without accommodation.
• Forklift or heavy machinery experience preferred; training offered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate materials to be recycled in the plant using a forklift or tugger.
• Remove recyclables from around the plant and deposit into the recycling system.
• Operate the bailing and shredding system and manage waste streams.
• Sort and store recyclables for shipment and load semi-trailers/rail cars.
• Complete basic billing and service order forms; follow safety and housekeeping rules.
