You will source, screen, and place candidates across banking, asset management, hedge funds, and related firms, while developing relationships via calls, LinkedIn, and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and recruit professionals across banking, asset management, hedge funds, and other financial services firms.

• Screen and interview candidates to evaluate experience, qualifications, and career goals.
• Match qualified candidates with open positions at financial services clients.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of industry professionals.
• Manage candidates throughout the interview and hiring process.
• Partner with senior recruiters and account managers to fill active client positions.
• Work toward individual recruiting and performance goals.
