Responsibilities
  • Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process under the guidance of Lead Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Manager
  • Build active and passive applicant pipelines through research, networking, and social media branding
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system and manage candidate experience
  • Conduct interviews and assess qualifications of applicants
  • Create weekly activity reports on recruitment metrics and goals
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of high-volume recruiting experience
  • Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written
  • Basic college coursework preferred, up to a Bachelor's degree
  • Industry certification(s) from institutions such as SHRM or AIRS preferred
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in recruitment within the behavioral health or autism services field
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting strategies
  • Certification from recognized institutions in recruitment or human resources
  • Strong understanding of the autism spectrum and related services
