Qualifications

• At least six months experience using CAD and Windows-based software.

Responsibilities

• Create shop drawings and manage projects detailing.
• Develop knowledge of rebar and concrete reinforcing products.
• Review and verify drawings, dates, specs, addenda, and contracts.
• Liaise between contractor, engineer, placer, and detailer on projects.
• Pre-plan all projects for critical path, scope, and schedules.
• Review changes and provide information for change orders.
• Participate in resolving construction conflicts with cost-effective resolutions.
