Nucor Rebar Fabrication Southwest is seeking an experienced CAD detailer to develop and manage detailing on large rebar projects. You will work with RebarCAD to detail complex items, verify drawings, and coordinate with engineers and customers. Safety, accuracy, and timely delivery are essential in this role.

The position requires a vocational CAD certificate or equivalent and at least six years of CAD-based rebar detailing experience. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• CAD detailing of rebar is required.
• At least six years of experience detailing rebar with a CAD-based system.
• Vocational CAD certificate or equivalent.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety programs and standards.
• Independently detail and coordinate complex projects.
• Develop detailing skills with RebarCAD and build reusable library routines.
• Enter drawings into the drawing tracking system and prepare material lists.
• Communicate with engineers, customers, and site personnel on project questions.
