React Native Developer - K12 School Management Application (Contract-to-Hire)

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Junior React Native Developer for a 3-month contract position with strong potential for permanent employment. The ideal candidate will work on our Rarome School mobile application, with the opportunity to secure a full-time position based on performance during the contract period.

Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance existing React Native application

• Fix bugs and resolve user-reported issues
• Implement minor features and improvements
• Ensure app stability across iOS and Android
• Work with Firebase services (Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications)
• Collaborate with team for feature updates
• Handle app store updates and deployments

Technical Requirements

Must Have:

• 1-3 years React Native experience
• Published at least 1 app on Play Store/App Store
• JavaScript/ES6+ proficiency
• REST API integration experience
• Firebase basics (Authentication, Firestore)
• Git version control
• Can work independently on assigned tasks

Good to Have:

• Firebase Push Notifications (FCM)
• State management (Redux/Context API)
• TypeScript knowledge
• Experience with educational apps
• AI tools usage (ChatGPT/Claude/Copilot)

• Will be required to sign a non-compete agreement for the contract duration
