• Ship incremental improvements to Carson City platform on a regular cadence.
• Sketch the Empathy architecture, defend it in review, then build the thing.
• Pull Ruby on Rails telemetry into dashboards for leaders to open.
• Architect fault-tolerant distributed systems leveraging Flask and MongoDB.
• Trace a deeply-bought-in technology bug across three MongoDB services to the one bad line.
• Apply Ruby on Rails and CI/CD to solve client-centric engineering challenges.
