Grupo Oricteropo Tropical is seeking a Junior Trader to join our team in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. In this role, you will work alongside Senior Traders, gaining real-time trading experience and developing your skills in quantitative modeling and risk management.

Qualifications

• Minimum major GPA of 3.5/4 or equivalent scale.
• Coursework in Differential Equations, Linear Algebra, and Multivariable Calculus.
• Demonstrated passion for trading or finance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Senior Traders to learn all facets of trading.
• Develop quantitative modeling and risk management expertise.
• Manage real-time execution of a semi-automated trading system.
