Job summary

HYVE Solutions Corporation is seeking a Quality Inspector I to perform quality inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure they meet established specifications. You will document results, collaborate with production and engineering teams, and support root cause analysis while following safety protocols.

The role requires a high school diploma (technical certification or associate’s degree preferred) and 0–2 years of inspection experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate’s degree preferred.
• 0–2 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Proficiency in using basic inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, rulers).
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying defects.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of electronic components, assemblies, and systems.
• Utilize inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, multimeters, gauges) to verify conformity.
• Document inspection results accurately in appropriate systems and logs.
• Identify and report non-conforming materials or products for corrective action.
• Assist in investigation of quality issues and contribute to root cause analysis.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain to resolve discrepancies.
• Perform basic data entry and maintain inspection records.
• Adhere to all company quality policies and procedures.
