Responsibilities

• Perform detailed visual and dimensional inspections of materials, components, and finished products.
• Use calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify specs.
• Identify and report non-conforming items and assist in corrective actions.
• Maintain inspection records, logs, and defect reports.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Support internal and external quality audits.
