Responsibilities

• Analyze product, process, equipment and method issues at designated stages of development and manufacturing.
• Lead and support actions to prevent and reduce costs due to poor quality.
• Develop inspection standards and methods; plan, conduct, and document analysis and testing.
• Apply SPC methods to analyze data and evaluate process performance.
• Review purchased products for quality and assist vendor selections.
• Prepare reports and present technical information to teams and management.
• Direct personnel engaged in quality activities and maintain knowledge of quality standards (ISO/AS9100).
