Overview:

We are seeking a highly adaptable and self-directed Junior Quality Assurance to join our team for short-term, project-based engagements. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a flexible, remote environment and are comfortable with fluctuating work schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project-Based Testing:
• Execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web, mobile, or software applications (depending on project needs).
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure quality standards are met.
• Participate in sprint planning and review meetings (if applicable).

Flexible Scheduling:

• Work remotely and independently, logging 5 hours of work per day during active project periods.
• Manage your own schedule, completing tasks within deadlines and meeting project requirements.
• Provide clear and consistent communication regarding progress and any potential roadblocks.

Documentation:

• Create detailed test reports.
• Document test cases.
• Document test environments.
