Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine quality control tests on raw materials, concrete mixes, and finished products.
• Conduct slump, compression, air content, and temperature tests.
• Monitor and document material properties and test results.
• Inspect incoming aggregates, cement, and other materials for quality.
• Ensure proper mixing, curing, and finishing per standard procedures.
• Analyze test results to recommend mix design or process adjustments.
• Verify compliance with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.
• Perform field inspections and concrete testing on job sites.
• Troubleshoot quality issues with production teams.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
• Keep QC lab clean and organized.
• Assist in training production staff on QC procedures.
