We’re Hiring: Junior Python Gen AI Developer

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with senior engineers to build and refine Gen AI and NLP applications
• Assist in developing scalable backend systems using Python, Django, and Flask
• Support the training and integration of models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other ML tools
• Help with cloud-based deployments on AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure
• Participate in Agile sprints, code reviews, and version control (Git) workflows
• Gain exposure to real-world AI product development and cross-functional collaboration
• Learn to communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders
  

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Python development (internships, academic projects, or freelance work welcome!)
• Basic understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI concepts
• Familiarity with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Exposure to Django or Flask, version control tools like Git, and Agile workflows
• Eagerness to learn, solve problems, and grow in a fast-paced AI environment
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
