• Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and technology roadmap discussions.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to ship features end to end.
• Own the full lifecycle of technology systems from prototype to production.
• Ship TypeScript experiments fast, kill the losers, and double down on what sticks.
