Job summary

Peregrine Advisors is seeking a software developer to join our data and technology innovation team in the Washington, DC area. You will contribute to building cloud-native, serverless workflows on AWS, integrate COTS products with broad system frameworks, and develop APIs and data pipelines that automate manual processes.

You should have at least 3+ years of software development, a Bachelor's in CS or related field, experience with Python, AWS, CI/CD, and modern development tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with Python and AWS.
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and modern development tools.

Responsibilities

• Build AWS cloud-native, event-driven serverless workflows using Lambda and Step Functions.
• Integrate COTS products with broader system frameworks.
• Develop internal or external API interconnections.
• Build data and document pipelines to automate manual, paper-heavy processes.
