Responsibilities

Counsel clients on changes in law, decisions, and issues.
Negotiate with prosecutors to resolve cases favorably for clients.
Manage a full caseload with diligence and integrity.
Pursue ongoing professional development through trainings and CLEs.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Public Defender.
