Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1+ years in real estate or property management accounting.
• Understanding of GAAP.
• Proficient in Excel with pivot tables.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements for assigned properties and assist with period close.
• Record and reconcile cash receipts, deposits, and disbursements.
• Process journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Perform bank and GL reconciliations.
• Review AP/AR transactions for accuracy.
• Assist tenant billing, rent collections, lease administration accounting.
• Analyze variances and research discrepancies.
• Assist with budgets, forecasts, and audit preparation.
• Collaborate with property managers to resolve financial issues.
• Ensure compliance with policies and GAAP.
