Job summary

Troon's Shaffers Mill property in Truckee, CA, is seeking a Jr. Property Accountant for a full-time role.

This position offers learning opportunities within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization under Troon’s global leadership in golf and community management. Responsibilities include budgeting assistance, monthly financial statements, accounts payable/receivable, and tax reporting, with hospital staff support and strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent required.
• 1 year related experience or training or equivalent combination.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Implements and ensures adherence to policies and procedures for the Accounting function, including compliance with Troon standards.
• Oversees accounting controls to safeguard assets and reduce internal theft and fraud.
• Assists GM in preparing and monitoring the annual budget and revenue forecasts.
