Responsibilities

• Full general ledger accounting for assigned Vesta properties, ensuring accuracy of all financial data.
• Prepare draft financial packages including monthly operating reports and escrow funding.
• Perform general ledger account reconciliations and manage multiple bank accounts.
• Prepare and submit capital expenditure requests with required documentation.
