Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands on experience in managing control system projects in the industrial process automation space.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hand-off from sales phase to execution phase and develop hand-off deliverables from sales to execution team.
• Create project schedule using Microsoft Project and track hardware and services milestones.
• Define and prepare project responsibility assignment matrix (RACI).
• Lead conference calls and project meetings; provide minutes and recap emails.
• Coordinate cabinet drawing review and approval with PAS lead and/or panel department lead.
• Develop hardware FAT procedures and work with sales to provide timely change order quotations.
• Maintain and update project schedule and ensure documentation is current.
• Communicate with clients, sub-contractors and vendors to establish effective working relationships.
• Deliverables, time and cost management; close project with complete documentation and post-project review.
