ARCO a Family of Construction Companies in Irvine, CA is seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our team of experts. You will handle managerial and administrative aspects of projects, collaborate with owners and design teams, and oversee the buyout and coordination of subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required.
• 0-3 years project management experience with a general contractor preferred.
• Experience running ground-up projects such as warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing or labs is highly preferred.
• Estimation experience is preferred.
• Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage all managerial and administrative aspects of a project including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports and billing.
• Ensure accurate and complete project estimates.
• Collaborate with owners and design team on preliminary concept drawings.
• Lead proposal meetings to review scope, costs, and value engineering ideas.
• Oversee buyout process and subcontractor selection.
• Conduct bi-weekly job site meetings.
• Make timely decisions under deadlines.
• Plan, organize, and manage multiple activities to achieve results.
