Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or related field.
Up to two years of project coordination/management experience ideal.
Strong organization with ability to manage multiple tasks.
Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting status.
Experience with MS Project, Smartsheet or similar tools.

Responsibilities

Coordinate internal projects between Design Engineering, Manufacturing Eng, Supply Chain, and Operations.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones.
Track tasks, deliverables, deadlines; flag risks and delays.
Schedule cross-functional meetings; publish agendas and notes.
Maintain project documentation per requirements.
Identify resource needs and constraints across functions.
Prepare project status updates; elevate issues to leadership.
Support process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
