Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking an entry-level project manager to support adidas consumer programs in Portland. The role is onsite four days per week with one flexible day, and involves travel up to 15%.

The position offers a salary of $70,000–$80,000 depending on location and experience. You will coordinate across vendors, manage milestones, and prepare materials for seasonal planning meetings as the programs scale.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in project management, retail marketing, merchandising or marketing analytics.
• Four-year degree in a related field (business/marketing/retail).
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with ability to read retail/marketing data and derive insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Track programs across all doors, manage milestones and follow-ups.
• Coordinate vendors and agency partners across the supply chain.
• Place, allocate and track orders and ensure on-time product landing.
• Report on program KPIs and translate into seasonal plans.
• Maintain retail calendar linked to cultural moments and city trends.
• Coordinate across retail marketing, visual merchandising, allocation and store ops.
• Prepare materials for planning meetings, program recaps and leadership updates.
• Assist with budget tracking, PO processing and vendor setup.
