Job summary

Vision Technologies is seeking an Associate Project Manager in Chantilly, VA to support project teams through the lifecycle, focusing on planning, installation, material procurement, resource management, and documentation. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent.
• 0–3 years of project coordination or project management experience, preferably in related sectors.
• Internship or prior experience supporting project managers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project delivery and customer service.
• Develop and execute project documents and deliverables (schedule, test plan, communications plan, risk analysis).
• Manage material procurement and delivery schedule.
• Coordinate kickoff meetings and weekly status reports.
• Track subcontractors/vendors and maintain an integrated project schedule.
• Ensure on-time completion of contract administration, change control, submittals, and invoicing.
• Develop safety plan and manage budget tracking tools.
• Conduct cadenced project meetings with team and client stakeholders.
