As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our construction team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with early career experience in construction project coordination who is eager to grow into a leadership role.

Position Summary

The Junior Project Manager will support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction and installation projects. Working under the guidance of our team, this role will help ensure construction schedules, budgets, safety standards, and quality expectations are met from start to finish. This is a highly collaborative role with exposure to field operations, vendors, subcontractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Execution
  • Assist in developing project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work.

  • Coordinate daily activities between field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

  • Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.

  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety, and compliance.

  • Maintain project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, meeting notes, and daily reports.

Communication & Collaboration
  • Serve as a liaison between the office, field teams, and clients to ensure clear communication.

  • Support project meetings, document outcomes, and follow up on action items.

  • Help resolve day-to-day construction challenges and escalate larger issues to the Senior team members.

Procurement & Budgeting
  • Assist with sourcing materials, equipment, and subcontractor quotes.

  • Track job costs and support invoice processing.

  • Monitor budget compliance and provide reporting to project stakeholders.

Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 1-2 years of experience in construction, field coordination, or project support role (internship experience accepted).

Skills & Attributes
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

  • Familiarity with construction practices, safety standards, and terminology.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.) a plus.

  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to visit construction sites, walk the job, and inspect work.

  • Comfortable wearing PPE and working in active job site environments.

  • Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
