Job summary

Factory Direct Renovations Group is seeking an Entry Level Project Manager to coordinate and manage the installation process of residential acrylic bath and kitchen projects in the South East Florida area. You will monitor installations, order materials, and lead installation crews to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality standards.

The role requires 3 years of construction/installation leadership and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3 years of construction and installation experience as a project lead or foreman required.
• 2 years' experience in acrylic bath systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of construction and code requirements.
• Resourceful problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational, time management, multi-tasking, and skills while managing information for multiple jobs.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• All candidates hired must pass a background check and drug test.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Monitor installation process for baths and kitchens; take measurements, pre-install inspections, order materials, assign projects to crews.
• Maintain high standards of customer contact and service as liaison between company, customers, and subcontractors.
• Manage and supervise installation and Services teams daily; provide leadership and support.
• Ensure departmental goals are met and adheres to policies and procedures.
• Complete projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated customer service issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Evaluate and select subcontractors for quality, cost, and reliability.
• Oversee ordering of materials to ensure quality and cost control.
• Ensure all installation processes follow standards and conduct site inspections.
