Job summary

6AM City, LLC is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support US Army programs across multiple locations. The role emphasizes organizing and directing technical projects with a focus on cost feasibility and government coordination.

Candidates should have a BA/BS in a related field with 5 years of progressive project management experience in a military hardware/software environment; MA/MS/MBA and PMP substitutions are allowed to offset experience requirements.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required.
• BA/BS in Business, accounting, program management, operations management, or engineering with 5 years of progressive experience managing technical projects in a military hardware/software development environment.
• MA/MS/MBA may be substituted for 2 years of experience; 5 additional years may be substituted for degree requirement.

Responsibilities

• Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and implementation of technical projects.
• Interface with government personnel.
• Formulate and review project feasibility studies, determine costs, ensure conformance to work standards.
• Interpret technical requirements for specific project-based activities.
• Manage logistics support analysis for military systems.
• Manage systems safety studies. Identify, acquire and utilize company resources to achieve project technical objectives.

DCS is searching for a performance-driven Junior Project Manager to support US Army programs. A focus on either Analytical, Financial, logistics, engineering, technical support and/or management of advanced networks for military vehicles and equipment. We’re seeking individuals who are excited to take on meaningful challenges, contribute to innovative solutions, and help shape the future of a fast-evolving mission space. This position will be supporting multiple locations.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

BA/BS from an accredited college or university in Business, accounting, program management, operations management, engineering with 5 years of progressive experience in managing technical projects in a military hardware/software development environment.

MA/MS/MBA from an accredited college or university & PMP Certification may be substituted for 2 years of experience. 5 additional years of experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
