Peyton Resource Group is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support R&D and new product development as part of a small team. The position is based in Plano, TX, onsite for 90 days, then hybrid (3 days onsite). Pay ranges from $35 to $42 per hour on a 12‑month contract with potential for full-time

Our client, an established medical device manufacturer, is looking for a Junior Project Manager to support its R&D and new product development team. You’d join a small team of four, keeping development projects organized and on track while working closely with engineers, quality and business stakeholders.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate project activities, schedules and milestones for R&D programs
• Track risks, action items and deliverables
• Facilitate team meetings and communicate status to stakeholders
• Maintain project documentation in a regulated (QMS) environment

What we’re looking for

• 2–5 years of project management or project coordination experience
• Strong communicator who balances technical and business needs
• Experience in biotech, pharma, medical devices or another regulated or product-development environment is a plus
• MS Project or Smartsheet experience preferred (QMS experience not required)

Details

• Location: Plano, TX. Onsite for the first 90 days, then hybrid (3 days onsite), Monday–Friday, 8–5
• Pay: $35–42/hr, depending on experience
• Contract: 12 months, with potential to convert to full-time
