Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/related field or equivalent training/experience.
• 0–2 years of construction estimating support, engineering, or field experience.
• Strong MS Office skills and familiarity with take-off software.

Responsibilities

• Support job controls: budget, schedule, forecasting, and job costing.
• Interpret designs and drawings for craft workers to ensure specs are followed.
• Prepare documentation: status reports, punch lists, and material calculations.
• Provide material control guidance on deliveries, schedules, and design requirements.
• Create drawings and sketches for change orders, estimates, and construction work.
