ESPO Corporation in Akron, OH is seeking an Assistant Project Controls Specialist for a 12 month contract to hire. You will support project controls and reporting, including change management, cost control, progress measurement, and schedule development for small to mid-size projects.

Responsibilities include creating WBS, developing scheduling reports, managing cash flows and forecasts, reviewing purchase orders, and aiding in earned value management.

Qualificações

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field; required or experience may substitute.
• Experience with Oracle Primavera P6 preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• OSHA 10-hour safety certification.

Responsabilidades

• Support all aspects of project controls and reporting, including change management, cost control, progress measurement, scheduling development and scheduling control.
• Assist with set-up in the Enterprise Planning & Controls software.
• Input data, maintain logs, and run reports in the software or other tools.
• Assist with creating Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Develop, implement, and maintain scheduling reports, cost reports, cash flows and forecasts on small projects.

Formação académica

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Construction Mgmt or related
