The ideal candidate has entry level knowledge of project management methodologies and experience with Primavera and EcoSys. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for coordinating with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s Degree and 0 years of experience; equivalent related experience may be considered.
• Entry level knowledge of project management methodology, including budgeting, planning, control and finance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Supports compliance with internal procedures and federal regulations, gathers progress data, updates schedules and forecasts, and prepares routine cost and schedule reports.
• Develops and maintains time‑phased project cost and resource forecasts; validates costs and updates requirements as needed.
• Monitors progress of deliverables, performs earned value reporting and basic financial analyses, and documents changes to baselines.
• Uses document management protocols to store and retrieve project docs; performs other duties as required.
