The ideal candidate will assist with invoices, project tracking, and budget updates while ensuring compliance with standards. A bachelor's degree in Accounting is preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential. Salary range is $70,000 to $90,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of full-time experience in Accounting or Finance function.
• At least one year of experience in AEC industry accounting.
• Experience with accounting software and ability to learn new systems.

Responsabilités

• Process Accounts Payable for operational expenses and invoices.
• Track invoices across projects and maintain an Excel master sheet.
• Review invoices for accuracy and request revisions if needed.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and update project budgets.
• Assist with preparation of financial reports.
