Our client seeks a Junior Program Manager or PMO Analyst to support a multi-phase financial services program. You will operate within an Agile pod alongside a Senior Program Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, and Technology team. You will maintain an accurate delivery view, prepare decision-ready materials, track commitments, and coordinate execution across functional teams to enable timely milestones and informed decisions.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $85.00 to $89.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product, Business Analyst, and Technology to understand product vision, delivery scope, and rationale behind changes. Validate updates, identify schedule or dependency impacts, and produce concise program reporting.
• Maintain an accurate cross-workstream delivery view by connecting milestones, dependencies, decisions, risks, and commitments to enable early issue identification and action.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution by preparing context, capturing decisions and ownership, monitoring follow-through, and escalating delays that threaten milestones or decisions.

Experience Requirements:

• 3-5 years in a PMO, project coordination, delivery, or operations analyst role, ideally within financial services or another structured program environment.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and pod-based team structures. Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence for plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and reporting.
• Ability to learn the product and operating model in depth, connect delivery activity to business outcomes, and ask informed questions that strengthen planning and execution.
• Sound delivery judgment and proactive communication. Ability to interpret changes across workstreams, distinguish routine updates from meaningful impacts, confirm ownership, and surface issues requiring action.
• Dependable, tactful, and collaborative working style with reliable follow-through and interest in developing broader program-management capabilities.
