WiSC Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Junior Program Management Analyst to support NASIC at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. The role focuses on GEOINT, MASINT, FME, and ISR initiatives, delivering programmatic and operational support to DoD and IC customers.

You will assist with schedule management, acquisition documentation, and status reporting, coordinating with government stakeholders and contractor teams in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active TS clearance with SCI adjudication required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 0-4 years of DoD/IC program management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to interact with technically and organizationally diverse personnel.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Support program management activities across C5ISR and IT programs.
• Assist with execution of technical and operational programs, including schedule management, resource coordination, and risk identification.
• Support preparation of acquisition and operational documentation (SOWs, briefing materials, program packages).
• Track acquisition activities from submission through award and assist with contract deliverables and expenditures.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders and external mission partners to enable collaboration and information sharing.
• Support exchanges and promote awareness of ISR research and development initiatives across the Air Force enterprise.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings for leadership and program managers.
• Maintain program documentation, records, and status tracking tools.
• Assist with process improvement and day-to-day operational support.
