Job summary

Radiance Technologies in the United States is seeking a cost analyst to prepare and analyze budgets for program managers. You will manage financial reporting for customers and administer charge numbers in the Unanet system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Experience with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, or cost analysis preferred.
• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance; active clearance strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze cost forecasts and budgets for program managers.
• Provide financial reporting to customers and manage charge numbers in Unanet.
• Assist revenue review, recognition, and billing systems support.
• Track labor, travel, and other direct costs; reconcile expenditures.
• Assist in internal budgeting preparation.

Job Responsibilities

Prepares and analyzes cost forecasts/budgets for company Program Managers; Provides financial reporting to customers, sets up, administers, and closes out charge numbers and work force in Unanet financial system; assists in revenue review and recognition and billing systems support; tracks/analyzes/reconciles labor, travel, and ODC expenditures; and assists in preparation of internal budgets.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with or willingness to learn Unanet financial software Experience with or basic understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, or cost analysis Basic knowledge Government contract administration Active clearance is strongly desired Zero to 1+ years directly related experience in government contracting program control function.
