Job summary

Radiance Technologies in Beavercreek, OH is seeking a cost analyst to prepare and analyze cost forecasts and budgets for Program Managers. You will provide financial reporting to customers and manage charge numbers and workforce entries in Unanet.

You will track labor, travel, and other direct costs, assist in revenue reviews and billing system support, and help prepare internal budgets. Strong analytical and communication skills, and a willingness to learn Unanet, are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with Unanet or willingness to learn Unanet.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis.
• Ability to obtain government clearance.
• 0–1+ years in government contracting program control.

Job description

Prepares and analyzes cost forecasts/budgets for company Program Managers; Provides financial reporting to customers, sets up, administers, and closes out charge numbers and work force in Unanet financial system; assists in revenue review and recognition and billing systems support; tracks/analyzes/reconciles labor, travel, and ODC expenditures; and assists in preparation of internal budgets.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with or willingness to learn Unanet financial software
• Experience with or basic understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, or cost analysis
• Basic knowledge Government contract administration
• Active clearance is strongly desired
• Zero to 1+ years directly related experience in government contracting program control function.
