Job summary

PowerShades is seeking an entry-level Production Technician Level 1 to assist in processing, assembly, testing, and packaging of motorized shading systems. You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on quality and performance.

This on-site role supports daily output goals with a standard 6am–5pm schedule (4-10s). No prior experience is required, though manufacturing or assembly exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience required; manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process materials and assemble components for shading systems per SOPs.
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment to complete tasks.
• Follow work orders and production schedules to meet daily output goals.
• Perform functional testing of finished products for quality and performance standards.
• Package finished products securely and label per customer orders and specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and document production logs.
