Position Overview

The Junior Production Supervisor will assist in managing daily fabrication operations, coordinating workflow, supporting shop employees, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with customer specifications, drawings, and quality requirements. This is a hands‑on position working role.

The successful candidate will be a hands‑on leader with experience in steel fabrication who can balance production demands with safety, quality, and schedule requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily supervision of steel fabrication shop operations
• Coordinate production activities to meet project schedules and customer requirements

• Experience with DOT, bridge, structural steel, or infrastructure‑related fabrication is a plus
• Previous lead, foreman, or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with production teams and management
