Qualifications

• 0–2 years of professional experience or relevant internships/co-ops
• Excellent writing skills with samples encouraged
• Strong curiosity and ability to learn new products quickly
• Demonstrated initiative and achievement through school or work
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Highly organized with multi-project management
• Comfortable collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Sales
• Interest in B2B technology and SaaS
• Comfortable using AI tools for research and writing

Responsibilities

• Write and edit product one-pagers, sales decks, web copy, emails, blogs, and customer stories
• Learn our products, customers, and market to craft compelling messaging
• Support product launches by coordinating timelines, materials, and activities
• Research competitors and market trends to produce actionable insights
• Maintain sales enablement materials including battlecards, FAQs, and product sheets
• Capture customer and sales feedback through reviews and conversations
• Partner with Demand Gen on campaign and event content
• Track content usage and launch activity and measure results
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, writing, and analysis with sound judgment
