Job summary

IBM Infrastructure & Technology is seeking a Product Manager to partner with cross-functional teams across engineering, design, marketing and sales to shape product requirements, user stories, and specifications.

You will analyze market trends, gather customer feedback, and translate insights into opportunities for the IBM Z and LinuxONE portfolio while delivering on time and with high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or Business.
• Experience in Product Management or equivalent.
• Experience implementing Agile practices and Design Thinking.
• Strong written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and business analysis skills.
• Ability to work from the office at least 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the broader IBM product organization to help support the portfolio and the business.
• Become an expert in IBM’s product management methodologies, design thinking, and new product introduction. Support product teams in defining product requirements, user stories, and specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and sales) to ensure timely product delivery.
• Analyze competitors, market trends, and customer feedback to identify new product opportunities.
