Saronic Technologies seeks an Associate Product Manager to help shape strategy, development, and delivery of autonomous maritime products. You’ll own a defined product area, support key products, and contribute to cross‑functional resources.

This role suits junior PMs or engineers shifting into product management, with training provided. You will work with engineering, production, and mission operations teams, learn the product landscape, and help communicate tradeoffs to stakeholders across the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Strong judgement and ability to differentiate good vs. bad products.
• Diplomatic, cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Technical background with autonomous systems or related tech.
• Mature written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in product management; past experience preferred but not required.
• Detail-oriented mindset for projects of all sizes.

Responsibilities

• Support development of product strategy aligned to vision and market needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and operations to push development forward.
• Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap.
• Generate updates to educate stakeholders and align teams.
• Build internal tools and materials to support the Product function.
